  • Liaise with the Client & Hospital to ensure effective communication and efficiency in handling admissions and discharge.
  • Continued updates at all stages of In-Patient stay.
  • Maintain weekend and out-of office hours support.
  • Manage the relationship between our Hospital network and NZI/InterGlobal.
  • Provide assistance to the Claims Manager in assessment of cases.
